
In sports clubs "walks" the view that : "For once soaked up only thirty grams of protein, no longer to digest ..." Occasionally they assert about 35 grams, or about forty ... I regularly hear such statements and see them on the Web. But if you ask more : Why isn't bought? Why is thirty grams, why not thirty three? After these questions in reply should be something cryptic ... I am not talking about folks who say it regularly doesn't have a clue about the bowel and protein metabolism in the body.
